In June 2017, both the Economy Report as well as the Employee Well-being had a positive trend compared to June 2016. The Economy Report registered an increase of 13% compared to the same period last year, while the Employee Well-being saw a double growth of nearly 26%.
The wages increased by 9%, while the employee number had an advance of approximately 14% over the same period in 2016.
When it comes to Employee Well-being, in June 2017 the bonuses increased by 26%. The number of annual leaves increased by 2% while the number of sick days remained relatively constant compared to the same period last year.
The percentages underlying Workforce Smartree Index June 2017 are based on data analyzed by Smartree from over 200 multinational and local companies, with a total of over 550,000 employees and an aggregate turnover of over 2.5 billion euro.
