In December 2016 the Economy Report and the Employee Well-being had a positive trend compared to December 2015. The Economy Report registered a growth of 10.84%, compared to the same period last year, while the Employee Well-being grew by 6,37%.
Wages also rose at a rate of nearly 8%, while the number of employees had a significant lead of about 14% over the same period of 2015.
Regarding the Employee Well-being, in December 2016 bonuses increased strongly, by 29% compared to December 2015. The number of annual leaves decreased by 2%, while the number of sick days increased by 7, 13% compared to the same period.
The percentages underlying Workforce Smartree Index December 2016 are based on data analyzed by Smartree from over 200 multinational and local companies, with a total of over 450,000 employees and a cumulated turnover of over 2.5 billion euro.
