The individual labor contract may be suspended at the initiative of the employee for parental leave. The suspension of the labor contract is to suspend the work of employee and the payment salary rights for the employer, according to Article 50 of the Labor Code.
The dates and causes of suspension of the labor contract shall be entered in the register of the employees (ReviSal) as art. Article 3. (2). h) of GD 500/2011. The decision to suspend the contract for the parental leave will be so recorded in ReviSal after registration the suspension request, submitted by the employee, of contract for parental leave.
