• Preparation and control of documents needed for goods board crossing;
• Monitor invoices and other purchase, sales documents;
• Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports, participate in month closing;
• Submit and reconcile expense reports;
• Provide information by answering questions and requests;
• Ensure that documents are scanned and archived;
• Take initiative and efforts to develop constructive and effective solutions to any issues that come up during the process;
• Cooperate closely with the all departments and managers within the country and in headquarter - to coordinate actions, gather and share information;
• Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner;
• Be the owner of office procedures and processes.
• Five years of experience in an administrative/ office management role;
• Must have exceptional attention to details;
• Strong organizational and time management skills, and ability to prioritize;
• Excellent computers skills, including a high degree of proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook;
• Strong problem – solving skills and analytical abilities;
• English language: high proficiency level.
