How does the recruitment services offered by Smartree work?
The client send us the recruitment project and the recruiters from our company introduce it into MyStaff Recruitment platform. Then the client will receive access to MyStaff Recruitment online platform in order to visualize each stage of the recruitment process: publishing and promoting the recruitment announcements for the open positions through our specific recruitment channels; automatically import the resumes of the candidates from the recruitment websites (BestJobs, Ejobs) in a unique database – MyStaff Recruitment platform; visualizing the candidates resumes, selecting the most suitable candidates and sustaining the interviews. Finally, the customer will receive a notification with the shortlists of the candidates validated by Smartree.
