The exit interview is an extension of the Personnel module with which the HR specialist configures the types of the questionnaires, with the possibility of having multiple questionnaires used according to department, position etc.

A special area is the generated reports based on questionnaires filled out during the exit interviews. As functionality in the Employee SelfService module (ESS), the exit interview is activated as soon after the termination of the contract was entered into the system. Throughout the period of notice, the employee that will leave the company has access to the questionnaire.
