1. Create recruitment projects
Fill in the essential information for the project management: recruitment start date, desired date for employment, position for which the application is made and the number of available positions, job requirements, type of contract and its duration, internal team in charge with recruitment.
2. Enter candidates
There are two ways – automatic import or manual input. The system automatically imports whether the candidates from the employees already managed in the MyStaff Personnel module, or directly import the information from locally stored resumes in electronic format of well-known recruitment sites.
3. Manage applications
While internal candidates may submit aplications through the MyStaff SelfService portal that are automatically transfered to the module, the external candidates can be manually allocated by the recruiter.
4. Monitor the project phases
The recruitment module provides transparency about the progress of the project, as the software offers status updates for each phase of the recruitment process.
5. Manage interviews and tests
Manage all the interviews and tests, in compliance with the company recruitment policy.
6. Transfer candidates
Candidates can be transferred through a single action from a recruitment project to another.
7. Sending email notifications
In various stages of the recruitment process, notifications can be send by email to people involved in the process: recruiter / manager / candidate.
8. Automatically transfer new employees
