The COR Code was updated several times since 2011, by adding or removing of codes, but the Revisal application has not been updated accordingly. What is the solution if the new contracts correspond to existing codes in legislation, but which are not found in the ITM application? How to register the individual labor contract?
For example, these COR codes are not found in Revisal:
Smartree required a solution for an automatic update mechanism of Revisal from TeamNet, the company that developed the application, or a practical solution for cases of employees that corresponding new codes COR.
In the latest version of Revisal, 5.0.8.033, launched in December 2011, you’ll find the COR classification codes according to ISCO 08 classification.
The answer provided to Smartree by TeamNet is that, in case the COR codes related to employment contracts to be validated are introduced in the legislation after the release date of the latest version of Revisal, recommendation, from a technically point of view, is the choice, from the available nomenclature in Revisal, of a COR code that can be selected. This code remains valid until the release of a new version of the application.
To clarify the code to be completed, the TeamNet recommendation is that this topic to be discussed in terms of legislation with the ITM’s representatives to whom the employer belongs.
Smartree requested an opinion from Labor Inspection, but has not yet received an answer in this regard. We will update the article after receiving the response.
