In the third quart of 2016 salaries and especially bonuses increased, according to Smartree Workforce Index.
Thus, the Economy Report recorded an increase of 7,45% compared with the third quarter 2015 and the Employee Well-being reported an advance of 5,93%.
Regarding salaries, Q3 2016 brought an increase of 7,88%, while the number of employees grew by 7,02% more than in the same period of last year. Also, the bonuses offered by companies had larger values (+22,8%) than Q3 2015 and the employees requested more days of annual leave ( +12,88%) and more days of medical leaves (+17,42%).
