During the second quarter of 2017, both the Economy Report and the Employee Well-Being, the two indicators analyzed by Smartree Workforce Index, have registered positive evolution compared to the similar period of 2016.
Thus, in the second half of 2017, the Economy Report increased by 10.40% over the same period of 2016, while Employee Well-being had a double advance of 23.22%.
Wages increased too by 2.31% compared to Q2 – 2016, while the number of employees also experienced a positive evolution, namely an increase of 13.33% compared to the same period of the previous year.
Regarding Employee Well-being, the bonuses recorded an advance of 23.24% compared to the second quarter of 2016. The number of days of rest leave increased by 11.53%, as did the number of sick days, namely by 3.79% more than in the second quarter of 2016.
