In the first quarter of 2017, both the Economy Report and the Employee Well-being, the two indicators analyzed by Smartree Workforce Index, have registered a positive trend compared to the same period last year.
Thus, in the first quarter of 2017, the Economy Report increased by 14.24%, compared to the same period in 2016, while the Employee Well-being had a lower advance of 5.73%.
The wages increased too by almost 14.28% compared to the first quarter of 2016, while the number of employees was almost similar, namely an increase of 13.35% over the same period.
In terms of Employee Well-being, bonuses recorded an advance of 5.72% compared to the first quarter of 2016. The number of days of annual leave increased by 18.24%, as did the number of sick days, namely by 8.57% over the first quarter of 2016.
