In October this year, the Economy Report recorded an advance of 9,31%, compared to October 2015. The wages increased at a rate of 11,58% and the number of employees increased also at a rate of 7,04% compared with the same period last year.
The Employee Well-being brought, on average, an increase of 2,51%. Even if the number of annual leave days decreased by 0,57%, the bonuses offered by companies had higher values – 18,05% more than October last year. During October 2016, the employees requested more days of sick leave (an extra 9,95%), compared to October 2015.
The percentages underlying Workforce Smartree Index October 2016 are based on data analyzed by Smartree from over 200 multinational and local companies, with a total of over 450,000 employees and a cumulated turnover of over 2.5 billion euro.
