In November 2016, the Economy Report increased by 21,09%, compared to November 2015. Wages recorded an advance of 9.64%, and the number of employees rose by a significant percentage of 32.54%, compared to the same period of 2015.
The Employee Well-being also had a positive trend, registering an increase of 10.01% compared to November 2015. Bonuses values were 16.68% higher compared to the same period last year, the number of annual leaves registered an increase of 39.65% and the number of medical leaves also increased by a percentage of 26.32%.
The percentages underlying Workforce Smartree Index October 2016 are based on data analyzed by Smartree from over 200 multinational and local companies, with a total of over 450,000 employees and a cumulated turnover of over 2.5 billion euro.
