In March 2017, the Economy Report increased by 3% compared to March last year. The wages had an advance of 3%, while the employee number has grown by 13% over the same period last year.
The Employee Well-being declined for the second consecutive month by 22% compared to March 2017. This decrease was mainly due to a 22% drop of the bonuses compared to the same period last year. The number of days of annual leave has registered an increase by 9% and the number of sick days leave has increased too by 8%.
The percentages underlying Workforce Smartree Index January 2017 are based on data analyzed by Smartree gathered from over 200 multinational and local companies, with a total of over 550,000 employees and a cumulated turnover of over 2.5 billion euro.
