Resignation termination decision of a labor contract. This type of termination may be made under Article 81, according to the Labor Code.
The request for termination of employment contract by resignation may be initiated only by the employee. In this case, the individual labor contract ends at the final date of the notice period that begins the day the employee has resigned.
The employee has the right not to justify his decision and the company is obliged to register the resignation. Employer’s refusal to resign record entitles the employee to prove it by any type of evidence.
