The national minimum gross salary guarantee in payment increases in two tranches in 2015: from 900 to 975 lei from the 1st of January and to 1050 lei from the 1st of July c.a.
The companies that have employees paid with the minimum salary are obliged to execute justificatory documents – addenda – on which they will operate salary changes in ReviSal. The deadline for the transmission of the updated information in ReviSal is for 19 working days from the day in which the change is made.
The article 17, paragraph 5 from the Labor Code provides: “Any change to any of the items mentioned in par. (3) (as the salary – our note) during the execution of the labor contract requires an addendum to the contract, within a period of 20 working days from the day of change.”
“Any change of the salary is registered in the register at least in the next working day before the 20 working days term”, according to GD 500/2011, normative document that regulates the Register of employees.
By corroborating these two provisions, the increase made in January 1, 2015 must be sent until January 29, 2015.
Also, the minimum gross salary increase from the July 1, 2015 has as transmission deadline in ReviSal the date of July 27, 2015.
