Smartree, one of the most important company in the HR outsourcing market, recorded a turnover of 2.6 million euros in the first quarter, up to almost 35% compared to the same period in 2015. This happened in the context of increasing demands for solutions that can help companies optimize their internal HR processes.
Most of the clients requests, registered by Smartree, were for MyStaff Time Module, a software solution that streamlines the processes of timesheets and for MyStaff Expenses module that helps automate the management of expense reports.
“More and more companies choose to outsource their services and work processes and that requires more time and dedicated resources. The most wanted segment is represented by the payroll services,” notes Adrian Stanciu, CEO Smartree.
Also, in order to attract and retain talents, companies requested solutions that improve the employee retention rate, such as MyStaff Exit Interview module or My Staff Flexible Benefits. “Companies are convinced that one of the best methods of prevention retention of employees is constantly organizing exit interviews for those who decide to leave their job. Monitoring this process will help identify problems that often can’t be seen in real time and can affect them directly and also those employees who remain in the company, “explains Adrian Stanciu.
In 2015 Smartree recorded a turnover of 9.6 million euros, with 15% more than in 2014. The growth was supported by attracting new clients from pharma, services, manufacturing, retail, agriculture and gas industries.
Smartree has more than 16 years of experience in HR outsourcing and annually processes 450,000 employees . Also it has more than 150 clients, mostly multinationals and companies with Romanian capital.
