Smartree understand the challenge required by a rewards program that must motivate and lead employees to be more involved, but also to ease the work of HR through measurable elements. For that we created MyStaff Rewards module, integrated functionality in MyStaff, HR management software.
Rewards helps the companies to achieve that soft balance between rewarding loyalty and employee performance and monitoring all results and involved costs.
Being in a direct relation to Personnel and Employee Self Service modules, the Rewards module contains an administrative part for rewards management and product orders (given as rewards) by the manager / HR and a visualization part for benefits for employees.
The Rewards module is connected with the Payroll module, for the transfer of the value of rewards as benefits in kind and the Reporting module for generating complex reports.
The software solution MyStaff Rewards helps the HR specialists and the managers of departments were it is implemented to create a flexible and transparent approach to Talent Management system in generally, focusing on rewards.

The Rewards module, useful tool for managers and HR professionals, and also for employees, is divided into two areas:
1. Dedicated area for managers
A department manager or human resources department coordinator has control of the allocated points to both the employees and the list of products / rewards that can be purchased by points.
The budgets points per department / person can be assigned in different periods. The types of points are established in the implementation stage of Rewards module.
The lists of rewards (products or services) can be imported through drafts (.xls) or manually, as you desire. Also, the stock rewards can be easily updated and in a flexible manner, depending on your preference: manually or imported.
If you work with certain suppliers and you want them to manage the types of provided products / services and their stock in Rewards module, the access to areas of interest can be given.
The manager grants the points using MyStaff Rewards and also orders, receives and gives the rewards to the employee.
Granting points to employees is intuitive and there is also the possibility of granting rewards to an employee from another department.
Selecting the point budgets, the date on which the points are allocated, choosing the allocating reason from a catalog already defined, but customizable depending on the business and determining the value and the quantity are easy and is accomplished in few minutes.
Depending on the points allocated to the employee, the system proposes only the eligible products.
The reception of products is managed in MyStaff Rewards module and allows the completion of elements such as quantity, date of invoice, reception date, and additional information.
2. Employee dedicated area
In the Employee Self Service module, the employee can view the total number of points and those who are left and all the orders. From the same module an employee can make new orders based on the available points.
Integration with the Payroll Module
The value of products received by the employees is transferred to payroll as benefits in kind and taxed according to the law.
Reports Based on MyStaff Rewards
The integration with MyStaff Reporting module allows a series of useful reports, such as the centralizing orders, the history points given per employee, the balance of goods etc.
