Smartree Romania, the HR outsourcing services market leader, with an yearly turnover of 14 million euros, has named Anamaria Borza the new COO, starting the first of July 2018. Anamaria was Smartree’s CTO for more than 6 years, position that will be filled by Eduard Pinzariu.
Anamaria Borza has an extensive experience in payroll services, gathered in over 13 years working in the field. She joined Smartree in 2009 and gradually held positions like Deployment Consultant, Deployment Manager and CTO – Chief Technology Officer. As Smartrees’s CTO, she managed for 6 years a team of 30 deployment specialists, with whom she had numerous successful projects that supported Smartree’s clients through HR workflows automation and efficiency. Anamaria Borza assumed the COO position form Raluca Dinica, who will leave the company after more than 10 years, taking on another career challenge.

Smartree names Eduard Pinzariu the company’s new CTO
Also, Smartree announced that the CTO position that remained opened will be filled by Eduard Pinzariu, who previously was company’s Program Director. As CTO, Eduard will be responsible with the technology strategy execution, making sure that the Smartree’s own HCM solution suite will continue to be the top choice for Romanian and multinational companies in their automation and digitization of HR workflows. Eduard has a comprehensive experience in strategic management for software products and services and also in team management. He was involved in all important stages of Smartree’s evolution, mostly in the development of the company’s software component, being one of the first Smartree’s employees.
