The module guarantees the payment of your staff salaries on time, without errors and in accordance to legal norms and company business rules.
MyStaff Time makes the attendance and absence collecting process efficient, according to a set of rules customized and adapted to each company needs. The module works as a main connection between time collecting activity and payroll services and has a core interface (win form) which is dedicated to HR key users and a Self Service interface that offers web access from any location for all employees to their personal file, payroll slips and timesheets.

It also empowers managers with real-time HR intelligence by allowing them to view all kinds of information regarding their subordinates, to approve requests and to take action in workflows.
MyStaff Schedule manages the planning process and facilitates communication of working plan to employees. MyStaff Schedule module optimizes staffing activities considering the legal and business constraints.
MyStaff Notifier manages the automatic notifications that are sent to the users’ email addresses at predefined deadlines.
MyStaff Flexible Benefits manages the process of benefits allocation for all the employees in the organization.
