Smartree solutions are made to simplify and optimize the complex processes of HR. Whether it is payroll, personnel administration, timesheet, reporting, employee portal, documentation, service recruitment, efficiency is the common term for all processes.
In the context of efficiency and automation, we have developed a functionality application in MyStaff that reduce data entry time for one of our clients and automate transfer data to an ERP system.
Interface between applications
– Situation: The customer must introduce data about employees both in HR and ERP applications.
– Objective: Enter information into a single application and replicate.
Smartree development team with the client team has created a bidirectional interface between the two systems. The data on human resources are introduced in MyStaff application and the replication is automatically made through a single command.
Thus the introduction time data is reduced to half and is avoiding the appearance of differences of data in both systems. Result: the process is streamlined – they save time and ensure consistency for the data entries.
With this new functionality, the information necessary to financial department of the client are automatically sent at the end of the month from MyStaff to the ERP system.
ERP system automatically transmits information about timesheets at a certain time, salary data subsequently used in the calculation from MyStaff.
